Steyn nears return, confirms full fitness

Cape Town – Proteas fast bowler Dale Steyn has revealed that he is fully fit and aims to make a comeback in November.

Steyn has not played cricket since November last year when he injured his shoulder while on Proteas duty against Australia in Perth.

The 34-year-old was set to make his long-awaited comeback in the inaugural T20 Global League, when he was bought by the Cape Town Knight Riders.

However, Cicket South Africa (CSA) pulled the plug on the tournament for this year due to financial concerns – it will now only take place in November, 2018.
