Mushrooms are the magic food you need to eat if you’re , new research reveals.

A new study found that swapping meat for mushrooms can make you feel less hungry for longer.

Researchers say eating a mushroom-rich staves off hunger pangs and makes you feel fuller, compared to chowing down on a meat-based breakfast such as bacon or sausages.

During the study, 17 women and 15 men who consumed two servings of mushrooms or meat for 10 days.
